Shipping and Delivery
We take pride in making each piece of candy and therefor we also take pride in making sure our products are delivered to you in the same condition in which we ship them. If you receive any product that you believe is not in the condition which you should have received it, please contact us immediately and we will take care of the situation.
We currently ship all of our products, with the exception of our wines, to any state within the continental United States. Our wines can only be shipped to the following states:AK, CT, DC, HI, GA, LA, MN, NE, NH, NV, NC, ND, OH, SC, TX, WY. Also the recipient signing for the wine must be of legal drinking age and supply proof of age to the delivery service.
We will be shipping our product to you using UPS. Shipping rates will depend on what UPS charges to ship to your location . You will be able to enter your location and get a shipping quote before you proceed to checkout.
We offer UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, UPS Three-Day Select and UPS Ground shipping. If the order is placed before 1:00 pm, we will ship your order out the same day it is placed. If the order is placed after 1:00 pm the order will be shipped the following day. Because chocolate is temperature sensitive we may not ship your order until Monday, if it is placed on Friday. We may do this in order to ensure that the chocolates are received in the same perfect condition which they are shipped. We can not guarantee Monday deliveries.
If you are shipping to a P.O. Box we can not guarantee that shipments will go out the same day they are placed regardless of the time they are placed. &
